Free-Consultation and Reservation
Please call or email us to make a free-consultation appointment for your chosen services. When you are convinced, reservation will take place either on a consultation day or by phone later on. We work based on appointment only

Slip into Santé Per Aqua early…
Give your self the opportunity to relax and change if required before commencing by arriving 15 minutes prior to you scheduled time

Leave your worries behind…
Although we provide safety for your convenience, we take no responsibility for loss or damage. Give yourself complete peace of mind while you’re with us and leave your valuables at home

Children...
Spa guests must be 18 years of age and older for any massage or body treatments unless accompanied by parent or guardian.  Please arrange for child care prior to your visit.  This is your time to enhance your beauty and wellness, just relax and everything will be all right

Hygiene, Comfort and Safety...
As a part of Medical care, we observe and maintain the highest of health standards and use only thoroughly sterilized and sanitized equipment. We certainly wearing gloves during the medical treatment and for your safety you must put on our special goggles during laser treatment. We are committed to making your visit as comfortable as possible. Rest assured your privacy is respected at all times either with towels or a robe for certain treatments.

Attire…
Underwear or bathers are required for all body treatments and services including spa treatments.  When we work, only the treated are will be exposed

Gift Vouchers…
Our Gift Vouchers can be used for any of the treatments featured in this guide and all the products that we carry

Referral Program...
Ask us for REFERRAL CARDS to pass out to your friends & family (new clients only). They will receive 10% off their first visit just for presenting the card. For every 3 cards we get back, you will get 25% off your next single service. This program does not cost you anything to participate

Cell phones…
We kindly request that you switch off your cell phone before arriving, for your benefit and as a courtesy to others

Timing & duration of treatments…
We make every endeavor to keep treatments to their allotted time, however we advised that timing and order of treatments for packages in particular are approximate

Gratuities…
Are not included in the price of any Services. In appreciation of outstanding service, gratuities may be offered at your discretion. Gift cards do not include gratuities

Cancellation Policy…
As a courtesy to our many guests and limited availability, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling or treatments.  Guests who book appointments and who can not join us for their scheduled time or do not notify us to cancel their appointments beyond the 24 hour period will be charged 50% of the treatment price. We do not provide refunds for cancelled appointments.  Please note that a credit card number is needed to hold your reservation when booking two or more services
